As of lately, I've been so overstimulated.. Yesterday, at my appointment with my therapist, I started to bounce my legs which I never have done in her office so she was taken off guard. After my appointment, I had to go to work, and I legit could not stand still or sit still. I had to MOVE or I'd freak out. I am unsure what to do because it's been affecting me not only physically but mentally too. I keep having racing thoughts about what people think about me or maybe they hate me. I just can't seem to catch a break, and I'm always on the go... any ideas or suggestions?

Overstim sucks. Hardcore. Showers sometimes help for me personally. And sculpting, but really any sort of physical artistic release. It focuses your mind without having to jump up and go for a jog at 3am.
