I was diagnosed with ADD at a young age. I have to admit the confusion over the classification as to whether it's ADD or ADHD is confusing. For a long time I've been able to manage it. I did take medication at one point, but it ended up not working out; affecting me in a way that concerned my teachers. I have recently been finding out more and more about ADD and ADHD and am seeing a lot of similarities with my current struggles. I don't think I'm managing it so well anymore. I'm not sure I was ever managing it well to begin with or just suppressing it.
