Being slow when standing up or sitting up. Making sure whenever I feel dizzy I get low to the ground. Breathing through it. And I avoid things like push-ups and sit up because of being vertice and such.
Compression socks helped a lot more than I thought they would. I was really doubtful at first, and I don't wear them all the time but the difference is noticeable when I do. Moving feels a little easier.
