Good morning hun. When my voices go to getting loud, I drink a cup of ice water. Then I lie down on my back with my arms out, palms facing upward and I focus on my breathing. Once my breathing is steady, I have an affirmation for myself that wrote, but just remind yourself, that you are safe, within yourself, you are in control, and that you are loved. These sound like they fit your mood right now. You can repeat these as many times as you want. If laying down doesn't help you, you can always look in the mirror and talk aloud to your reflection. 🤗 hope this helps hun 💕
