Think I may have OCD. I tried telling my psychiatrist once, but no one listens and they just laugh and brush me off š And I know this sounds weird, but I had an entire convo w about 2 commenters on YT about this and I described a lot of what I deal w. Then they even said I def sound like I have it, since they know what it's like having it. They told me I don't have to have a melt down everytime I fuck up, which I usually don't. So idk, it's been a confusing journey. Lol.
