My Dr prescribed an Anti-inflammatory for my gout but no other instructions on what to eat or not to eat. Any suggestion on what to eat?

      My Dr told me. No breads (yeast), pickles, sour crout etc. (anything fermented) and a lot more. I'll have a list. I'll try to find it and send it to you.
