My neck just locks up every few days, I have lordosis from a previous strain. Aleve barely helps, and docs don't want to give me muscle relaxers. Chiropractic visits only help intermittently. What else is there that is actually evffective?
I’ve been getting gradual Botox injections in my neck muscles and it’s finally helping to loosen things up. In the meantime, my doctor has prescribed Diazepam for muscle relaxation, and that’s been helping as well.
