When u begin having more symptoms then in the past. Such as: more pain in your back, stomach, legs, hands; more fatigue in all these places, many times shooting pain, sort of like an arrow shot in chest, dizziness, headaches, aches in neck and/or upper shoulders close to neck, etc. Especially when there is no other explanation for the pain, fatigue, dizziness.
