I feel you on that, I håte taking pills too, i am on 5 different medications that i have to take all at one time and it sūcks but i know if i dont then ill fall back into a depressive episode and wont be able to do things id like to do, so i keep taking them. Wish there was a better form of help for mental health than pills

I hate taking pills, I have a small throat and pills constantly get stuck and I have to vomit them back up so my throat hurts like a mf
