can anyone help? I'm trying to lose weight without going into ed as much as possible. what foods, excercises, anything should i do?

personally, I changed up my diet to get rid of foods that I hated eating (for me it was meat products) and focused my eating habits to be foods that made me feel good. Things like fruits, vegetables, eggs, and just filling meals that lended me tons of energy. I've started going on morning bike rides to help me feel motivated for the day ahead. Its difficult to have the motivation right when you wake up to do so, but once you get into the groove you start to feel really great. Why I suggest going on a bike ride ot walk to start your day is because it gives you a sense of a new day and not just a continuation of hours. For me that's what helped most about eating the right way. I hope I helped at least a little haha ;)
I was studying to be a Dietian. Portion control and limit that junk food. Easier said than done as I love pizza, Pasta, sodas, and sweets like cake. That stuff is empty calories ,but just by shifting your drink habits and healthier alternatives to anything high in calories or sweets. We can work together if you would like. Welcome to message me if you want a support system. I find The 8 patterned Chi -Gong very helpful since I have focus issues and limited flexibility. The moves are so basic even a lady who's pregnant can do them.
