Sorry to hear you're going through all this period I just recently started dealing with anxiety on a daily basis and about 2 weeks ago started taking Citalopram as well as blood pressure medication. I pray to God this anxiety never gets worse. It can be horrible. Ive been healthy all my life. Im 55 now. I hate living w anxiety. And i hate taking any medication. The dr just prescribed xanax to help. I try to stay grounded by focusing on other things and I pray alot. I dont know what else to do.
