Insomnia has been kicking my ass lately. I've been taking 3mg melatonin every night since this became more of an issue and used 25mg Atarax occasionally. Some nights I don't fall asleep until 5-7AM. I was thinking about asking my psychiatrist for a tricyclic antidepressant or some good old fashioned Seroquel. Thoughts?
