Our bodies can hold trauma each of our cells can express memory in the form of physical and mental health symptoms. You do not need to know why you are feeling the way you feel for your feelings to be valid. Reaching out and asking for help takes incredible strength and you are not alone.

If you feel like there's nobody to turn to you can always chat with me or 741741. that is a Hotline you can TEXT and they will help you through, they've helped me too. Ive felt the same way you did and feeling alone is the WORST. Please hang in there, ik it's really hard, but suicide is a permanent answer to a temporary problem šŸ˜„

I've actually been in the same boat recently. At first i went to the hotline with their text chat and it kind of opened me up to talking to my therapist. My therapist was very patient and kind to me, i didn't expect that after feeling like they would freak out. I think taking it slow and being honest is the right way to go. I hope this helps and i'm glad you are looking to feel better. It's a journey and you say you have made progress, but sometimes there are setbacks and that's okay. if it means anything i believe in you and i think you got this. I hope this helps at all ā¤ļø

I relate so much to feeling bad to tell people, especially therapists, when I am doing bad after having been doing well. I feel like this is where hotlines really can help, since like this app, it will be anonymous and the people there understand how this often happens.

if thereā€™s someone close to you that you trust telling, please reach out. even if youā€™re scared, if they truly care they will donā€™t anything they can to help. try to open up slowly so they donā€™t immediately give you a bad or worried reaction. they will need time to take it in
