does anyone have any tips for motivation. I don't feel motivation to do daily things often and I want some help with finding little things to help that

      It helps me to remind myself that doing things will make me feel better. I may not want to get off of the couch to do laundry or cook or clean or do work, etc, but I know that after I get up and do those things, I will feel satisfied that I was able to do them. It can be a matter of just doing 1 thing at a time then resting again, but it helps to build confidence that you CAN do the things you need to do

      I have been making a list of goals each night before bed for the next day. It is not overwhelming, just some things I think I can do. That helps me to get moving. 1 load laundry, work, make a meal, etc.

      Find something you love to do My motivation is writing I have journals notebooks my journals I write my feelings everyday day will and can be different my notebooks I write stories I use my imagination....take your time

        @Mzcupcake I tend to do something I don't want to do, and reward myself with something I enjoy! I love making stories and art

      i’ve found watching other people do the thing you want to do helps a little, like you’re not the only one doing it. either that or chugging an energy drink lol

        @agoraphobic thanks! I see what you mean. Maybe finding videos of things I need to do on YouTube or something can help be a reminder that I need to do them

          @JuniperJune yes exactly! like watching people clean a really messy room makes me wanna clean mine. it’s actually getting up that’s the problem but try to push yourself cuz you know you’ll feel better once it’s done
