Struggling with Life: A Cry for Help

Life is not interesting anymore. I just want it to finish asap. recently when passing by grave yard or seeing people dying in movies or hospital, I feel jealous about them. I literally don't like to live anymore. Just wishing someone's bullet hit my brain by accident.

      I recently had a stay in a psych unit for feeling the same way. My advice is to surround yourself with people you love, even if you don’t feel like being around anyone. If you’re considering writing letters - DONT! You’re loved. I know life is so hard. You’ve got this. If you need help, it’s okay to get it. It’s scary, I know. But so worth it and so helpful.

          @Brucelee that’s okay. If you’re really struggling with feeling safe, it’s the way to go. In most psych units you won’t be forced to join groups and can stay in your room as much as you like, aside from appointments with the Dr and social workers. You don’t need to tell family if you don’t want to, and can decide who to accept calls and visits from. I’m proud of you for reaching out on this platform.
