hey yall , I been feeling lonely and odd since January 22 and I don't know how to shank it lose I try tunes, walks, naps,and other things

      not to be that person, but have you tried changing your diet maybe? or have you recently changed it? because that could possibly be adding to your problem. like for me, if i eat tofu/soy it really messes with my hormones and emotions and can make me really unmotivated and kinda antisocial. also talking and being around other people can be very helpful in feeling less in your head. idk, just a thought. hope you find what you need and start feeling better soon!
