Desperately Seeking True Friends

uh. kinda new here. I'm zeph and. I'm just very desperate for, more friends. true friends. lost 1 friend and my ex, not 1 ex but 12. my depression is intense, my anxiety to talk to people is only getting worse, especially my depression. I been crying alot not able to get over this break up and I almost lost trust in everyone. just trying to. make friends and get rid of my anxiety. i can't really talk to anyone by myself, especially in a group. so Ill wait until Someone messages me first.. it's easier for me.. in school I would always sit alone but if someone talked with me first I would start up a conversation.. anyways, this is getting long.
