vent //// i have hypermobility and scoliosis between my shoulder blades which caused rounded shoulders and a forward neck. my chronic pain causes me the inability to work out and i've gotten mildly obese from. i'm very insecure about my appearance and it's difficult to deal with pain. do you guys have any ways to deal with it aside from heating pads, meds, and exercise?

@ibetonlosingfrogs I’ve seen recently this shirt that’s supposed to help scoliosis/kyphosis similar to kinesiology tape, called “Forme” but it’s expensive so I haven’t tried it yet :/

I’ve got exactly as u do, heavy on the kyphosis and lighter on the scoliosis. The ONLY thing I’ve honestly found to permanently help my intense pain is a trigger point injection between my shoulder blades on my problem side!!Then on bad days or before I do some at-home physical therapy, I slap on a max strength lidocaine patch.

Have you tried CBD products? I don't know if you'll count those as meds. CBD can help with pain
