      hi kat. we have very similar conditions. i had a really bad week last week and felt so trapped in my head and my thoughts would race all day no matter what. starting to feel a little better and I hope you’re doing well

        @kinaa Hi! I'm so sorry to hear about your week đŸ„ș I'm glad it is slowly getting better. Those ruts are the worst. I have been having a very tiring week myself. It's hard to be motivated. My doctor's recently upped my dosage on two of my prescriptions and now I have had a nonstop migraine. I'm hoping it doesn't last forever haha

        @Blithesome Hi! I have had GAD throughout my life but it didn't hit me hard until last year. I couldn't stand, walk breathe, and my heart was going a mile a minute. I'm still not sure if it was just GAD and Panic disorder because every doctor seemed like they used Klonopin as a quick bandaid.

      Hi Kat! I'm Kitty! Nice to meet you. Usually people post about their experiences with their conditions, offer/seek advice, or just bond with people. I'm over here trying to live with anxiety and depression so it can be pretty daunting and lonely, I'm hoping this app helps with that.

        @kittyrose Nice to meet you too! I kept seeing ads for this app and said meh, why not? I have very few people in my life that experience anxiety so it's nice hearing from like minded people
