today is my day off and I am busy helping family out. I think I got a good night sleep I don't know cause I got up in the middle of the night again for the 6th time. My cat has been staying with me since I came home from the hospital and my friend came over last night and we had a good time talking. We have been friends since middle school so we go back for years. I am trying mindfulness but it is not easy at first and my counselor wants me to keep at it so I can get use to it. Hopefully I will in time I guess it takes time and practice.
