Just to vent..... I have been noticing myself being very short tempered. and not with any specific person or instance of circumstance. I just 32 and I am under A LOT of stress. I work 45 hrs a week 35 mins each way to work. looking for a home while we live in our camper in my mother in laws backyard tax season have us a huge blow that we normally do not encounter, starting to have car trouble and of it can't be fixed I have to trade in and I'm only 1.5 yrs away from being paid off.... and so much more....thays just the beginning.... and I am trying to manage my stress the best I can... but I have been just been on the verge of snapping. or just plan snapping. and I feel TERRIBLE when it's my 3ur old that gets the hit so to speak. my depression is getting to me bc all I want to do is eat and go to bed.... I don't want to be around anyone...not my husband not my child...not my friends...and even when I am around any of them I just want to be a hermit and crawl into a corner and go to sleep.

I think being short tempered is natural when you are stressed, exhausted, and overwhelmed. I find it is helpful to voice those feelings to others. Even to start a conversation with "I'm feeling xyz so I'm sorry if I'm short tempered with you". It is also important to take time for yourself to relax and do something you enjoy. Whether that is going for a drive alone to clear your mind or taking a bath uninterrupted. Try to remember that the weight of the world is not solely on your shoulders and you don't have to have everything figured out in one day. Don't be afraid to ask for help or for a safe space to vent. Hang in there ❤️

❤️I am so sorry it’s been so hard lately…. I have been having similar feelings. Definitely not easy when others depend on us and it’s hard to take a mental health break when so much has to get done. Very mentally draining so even after getting sleep it’s exhausting to tackle the day. I hope things improve for you soon. I hope you have a better week this week.
