Dealing with Trauma-Induced Anxiety

I get pain in my ribs when I get too tired with lack of sleep and stress. Sleep helps with mine but it seems that the cause for you might be a bit different. I hope that it gets better.

I get anxiety and stress headaches real bad al lthe time. And I get pain from ptsd but saying just pain is very broad. I get pain in my ribs from a certain ptsd even though there is no longer any damage
