I've had two MALS surgeries now 😥 but thank you!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It sounds incredibly frustrating and scary. I have gastroparesis, and my symptoms definitely overlap with yours. My only thought is maybe you could look into vascular compressions? My friend was diagnosed with gp years ago, but her most recent gastric emptying study was normal even though her symptoms were worse. She ended up getting diagnosed with MALS, had surgery, and got a bit of relief. Best of luck!! 💕

@lovefelix I have been toying around with that idea. Difficult though because I'm in an area where Drs think MCAS isn't real 😥

Weirdly enough, MCAS has strange bloating/gastro issues, look into it.
