I've got cfs, I know how u feel if you ever need to chat

I know what it's like to have chronic fatigue from Malaysia because I deal with it everyday and I'm tired and pain everyday but I take neurontin I drink coffee I drink a lot of water I avoid sodas I try to stay away from anything that has like a lot of sugar in it and it helps

Coffee, salt, electrolytes, mobikity aids, hydration
