Constant Pain Between Spine and Shoulder Blade

I have pain from top of head to bottom of my feet

I have this too. It’s so awful. Good posture, keep moving, stretches that’s my advice. It’s so hard just to function and live though.

Yes! I went to physical therapy for it and it went a way for a bit but as soon as i stopped it was back, yoga has helped a decent bit mainly back and shoulder type stretches

Yes, I do. It's killing me. I'm going to try Botox next month maybe that will help. Migraines and Fibromyalgia.

Almost 5 yrs with no relief. Been on 4 different biologics. Finally started humira last week and pain has lessened greatly! Here's to hoping!!
