Need advice on managing a cyst

I've had this cyst for at least 5 years. in 2018 I went to the doctor and they prescribed my antibiotics (I believe). I really struggle with taste and texture of food so I was unable to take any of the antibiotics (despite trying) and have never been back to the doctors about this issue. Ever since I have been on and off dealing with it bleeding or leaking which can cause mild pain and discomfort. I try to keep it clean (using tissue paper to dab any blood or anything that leaks) every time I use the bathroom. Is there anything else I should be doing to try and manage better?
