Doing the opposite of whatever you’re doing at the time, like if you’re in bed, go walk outside. If you want to isolate, go socialize. I know it’s much easier said than done.

💕 music. I usually find a song try to sing along or dance. Sometimes I just meditate while listening to the song. It's important to make a playlist of your choosing and customize it to fit your moods. Allow yourself to feel what you're feeling but know that there is another side to it where you'll feel better.
