I push myself to do things even though it's hard. I push myself to get out of bed every morning and have a shower. I journal a lot, every morning which helps me. Also I try to have things planned like going out for lunch and tea with friends. Sometimes I may not feel like going but once again I push myself to go as I know that it will make me feel better. It's not easy though. I also see a mental health nurse once a week and spend a lot of time outside in nice weather. Listen to music.
