Hi! One of the main things that has been helping me with depersonalization is understanding why I feel that way… if I’m disconnecting myself from people, work, etc.. obviously it’s not going to get better. As hard as it is I push myself to go out when I don’t feel like it. I listen to myself and what I need. I think the main thing is starting to realize or recognize yourself instead of focusing on other things not seeming real or foggy. Hope this helps.
