      Thanks for the advice. I did extensive research before having C3-7 fusion but would not recommend to anyone unless you have arm, hand pain or severe loss of strength, etc. Surgery corrected problem but now C8 nerve is compromised.

      What do you need? I have c6-c7 fused. C3,4, and 5 are degenerated. It's bad and the doctors don't want to do surgery because it's high risk. Pain meds just take the edge off. So I understand the pain. What I've found to help is deep tissue massage with a knowledgeable therapeutic massage therapist. It relieved my pain for a week
