Concerned About Chest Pain and Coldness - Need ER?

I’m concerned if I need to go to the er or if this is normal pots stuff. My heart rate isn’t super high right now standing — 145 sitting 121 and lying down 95. But I’m having chest pain in my heart and I’m cold (apparently I’m clammy too). My vision is blurry and my head is throbbing behind my eyes as well. This happens to me frequently with my bpm getting up to 172. I’m curious if this is something more serious than pots or not regarding the chest pain and coldness.
