Losing weight with diabetes: why is it happening?

      I am a type 2 diabetic. I used to be 130lb. Now I am 105Lb. I understand my weight lost because I do intermittent fasting a couple of times a week and really watch what I eat every day. This is the only way to keep my sugar even. The only difference is that my appetite is good.

          @NOTE the only way to gain weight is to eat a lot of protein. Meat and fats won’t affect your glucose and help you gain weight.
