Does anyone else watch the same TV show on repeat constantly? I do; I find it anxiety relieving and comforting sometimes just even listening to the show.

Every single day, I watch two shows one repeat. I watch stupid tv during the day and in the background while I'm doing stuff- which is American Dad and then Supernatural before bed (and the scoobynatural episode is the one I fall asleep to every night). And that is the only variety I need. It is comfortable and I don't feel like I need to watch anything different. My family makes fun of me for it (not in a mean way). But I have no desire to watch something else. Thinking about watching something else gives me anxiety! Glad to hear others do this too!!

I watch It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia in my free time at home. I have it on even as I fall asleep. It's funny and I'm comforted by the familiarity being there. I'm glad I'm not alone!

And if I’m alone I usually turn the tv on to something I’ve seen before. I don’t want to actually watch the tv. I just need to cut the silence with something.

I sleep to Seinfeld. Sometimes I sleep to Family Guy or King of the Hill.

I don’t watch TV very often, but I listen to the same alums over and over and over again. I’ve listened to one album 12 times in the past 3 days. I also play the same games over and over again. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve beat Skyrim! I think I don’t like how I don’t know what happens next if I play a new game or listen to a playlist on shuffle. It gives me anxiety sometimes not knowing what is coming next. It also happens because I really enjoy those things and I want them again and again.

Yes.. it's comforting to have it in the background

Yes. It soothes me too. There’s no pressure to follow because I’ve seen it. And with Netflix cancelling EVERY show I like too soon, it let’s them know they f’d up since people keep rewatching - at least I hope so. Cheers!

I watch Bewitch all the time. I have love this show all my life. I find it comforting and I always want to be a witch to be able to get out of where I was but never happened

I do too! I watch "I Love Lucy" everyday. There is something about Lucille Ball that is comforting!
