In the middle of the night at 6am, I woke up dizzy. I was getting dizzy while I was asleep. And it was as if my eyes were moving side to side thats how the dizziness was side to side. This has happened multiple times but not everyday. Could I possibly be having a seizure while I asleep? Even though I'm not shaking or anything?

Sounds like vertigo. I saw in another post you visited a neurologist. What did he say about it?

From what I know, night seizures exist but I don’t think seizures feel like dizziness.. I once had BPPV and the dizziness got worse when I was turning around in my bed. Anyway, I saw on another post you have a neurologist appointment so I’m sure he’ll know what to say.
