I've been having more anxiety attacks lately, I'm not sure if it's from stress or what..but is there any way you guys cope with them and suppress these attacks without taking more medicine..I'm already taking anxiety medication, I've tried changing to different ones.

      I used to be on a whole bunch of meds for anxiety/depression and honestly taking all the meds made me more depressed. Now the only thing that helps me - if I feel an axiety attack coming on (sometimes I can't feel it coming and I just have one) I immediately grab my ear buds, lay down on my back, close my eyes, and listen to The Weeknd while focusing on my breathing (otherwise i start hyperventilating). Idk why but his music prevents the attack, unless I don't feel the attack coming.
