Hey I’ve got ADHD and am currently doing a masters in science! past papers is a must for me because it’s memorising the types of questions and how to answer them so you don’t get side tracked in an exam writing what’s not necessary as the marking scheme for past papers will tell you, and making cue cards (for example a process name on one side like respiration and write the number of however many points you need to remember, then on the other side write the points as bullet points so for respiration I’d write 2 points so the equation for one point and then a quick description for the second point if that makes sense, and breaking up assignments into very small sections to do as a tick list and writing how long it’d take to do it such as read a chapter- 10 minutes or even write a paper title-5 minutes (even if I had to write a to do list 3 times a day😂) and always keeping assignments or exams and the days leading up to it in plain site to see every day- also always know your learning objectives for every subject/module so you can use that as a tick list and keep on track- and for motivating yourself study when you’ve had a productive day or sometimes literally forcing yourself to works because you can get in the mood for it occasionally 😂 sorry it’s long hope it helps!
What kind of work? If its math I can't help you lol😅 if it's something memorization-based like history, I would use a hobby or procrastination to make it more engaging! I sometimes made little multiple choice quizes for myself, because coming up with the questions multiple wrong answers was engaging enough to help me remember everything. I'm a bit overboard tho lol, making kahoot quizzes isn't for everyone but hopefully that can give you some inspiration!
