My question is my anxiety is so bad that it's affecting my blood pressure my muscles all the time feel tightened all across my chest and neck and my head feels like it's been pulled tight as well. I wake up with a stiff neck from time to time. I try to exercise and try to do breathing exercises and not stress but sometimes it seems I make myself stress even when I don't mean to like I can't turn it off even when there is nothing to be stressed about. I'm at a loss on what to do and tired of being this way I'm only 37 and it sucks that I feel so much older. like I have the want and will to conquer this but my body just says otherwise. So having daily aches and pains with head neck back stomach chronic fatigue I'm just tired of felling this way all the time it's exhausting.

I fond one of the biggest things that helps is acknowledging that you know what is going on and you have been through it before and you know you will be ok. I also wouldn't just chalk everything up to anxiety. If you are waking up with a stiff neck and muscles you might want to look at your sleep as well. Your mattress your pillows are you getting enough restful sleep your routine before bed are you eating a within the few hours before bed. Not enough restful sleep with contribut a lot to your anxiety. Keep up with the exercise and deep breathing it gets more effective with time and practice. Also people think I am crazy when I bring this up but look into all the information with diet and anxiety and all of the information about the gut microbiom Most serotonin is produced and used to receptors in the gut. Their is also a link to cortisol. The 2 chemicals most important to your anxiety.
