I have tried a lot of treatments and had some decent success. I would say I am close to what would be considered a remission of sorts. I am also looking to some very unconventional alternative treatments to get me there. I am an open book if anyone has questions.

I have tried many. Was on 100mg benedryl 4x a day until it stopped working. Now taking ceterizine 10mg 2-6 times a day. I also use symbicort inhaler. Unfortunately, my biggest trigger is cellulose. It's used in many tablet forms of meds as a base. It's even in eye drops, Flonase nasal spray. One dr kept adding more meds and I got worse due to cellulose. My biggest recommendation is keep diary of EVERYTHING that goes in or on body. I found the cellulose trigger that way.

Famotidine and xyzal 2 times a day and Xolair. Was taking cromolyn 4 times daily but it got me sicker than I could take. Low histamine diet and elimination diet helped me get to this point. Since everyone has different triggers it’s best to figure it out slowly on what causes a problem
