Is this dissociation?

@Elise_Laura periods of not remembering anything like amnesia but it's not like I notice too much time has gone and I don't remember it its more like I think I'm present and I feel present in the moment then my girlfriend will tell me later this and that happened and you said this and blah blah blah and then I get other times when I feel like I'm super out of body and I'm going through the motions but I'm not making the conscious choice to do those things I just watch myself do them
