my anxiety used to be constant but recently it has been more on and off. a couple of days of the week my chest stops feeling tight and a lot of my other symptoms quiet for those days. is this a sign of progress? I've been trying to see a therapist for awhile but it's hard to get in and I hated taking medication so I have stopped. all I have done is kinda writing down how I feel and sometimes talking to family.
