Winter depression sucks. this year seems to be way harder than ever.
Have you ever tried sensory deprivation tanks? I have no idea why, but when I’ve used them in the winter they seem to help my SAD.
im claustrophobic and paranoid so im apprehensive on trying one.
my local place has open ones too. I wonder if it’s just being in the warm water? Maybe taking a warm bath would have the same impact?
