I had looong period of mania, and I just crashed a week ago. I'm in an extreme depressive state. I don't really know how to feel better or do self care. I'm not sure what that looks like. Please give me ideas...love you all!
When I crashed after my manic episode I couldn't do much for a few months. I played a solitaire game on my phone everyday while I watched crime shows, and that was my limit for a while, until I got the energy to move more. Keep in mind that you are RECOVERING and it's okay to take as much time as you need and do as little as you can. If you want to, I recommend doing small creative projects. It could be writing, collaging, drawing, taking pictures of plants outside... Just don't hold yourself to any standard. The purpose is to start.
Kinda in the same spot right now. My days and nights are mixed up though. I sleep all day and I'm up all night.i haven't been to work in two months and I shower once a week if that. I have no motivation to do anything. I don't know how to get better. Maybe we can help each other?
