I use it to my advantage as much as possible. I hyperfixate on cleaning, homework, and tasks that need to get done. I know not everyone can make it work like that, but I would say try to make your hyperfixations serve some sort of purpose so that you don't feel like you can't focus or do anything
It helps me draw really well. (((Hyperfocus))) and I can remember enough facts to make anyone believe I'm an expert in anything ๐ (totally not tho) most of the time I forget I have it.
