I am also diagnosed with this, but don't have much knowledge about it yet. And I'm kinda in the same boat, in terms of not crossing paths with many doctors that even recognize it. Not sure why that is, but I certainly need therapy.. it's just something I seem to really procrastinate on setting up, though.
