No. I know a couple people with fibro who have had it for nearly 20 years or more
I've never heard of that happening. I've heard of people whose symptoms have subsided after a lot of trial and error of different medications, lifestyle changes, etc., but it was very individual to that person, rather than a one size fits most treatment.
