I was reading this article: https://r4dn.com/what-happens-to-your-body-when-you-have-fibromyalgia/ in one point it states that fibro can and does quite often just go away after some time. Anyone heard of such a case where fibro just ceases to afflict a previously ill person?

I've never heard of that happening. I've heard of people whose symptoms have subsided after a lot of trial and error of different medications, lifestyle changes, etc., but it was very individual to that person, rather than a one size fits most treatment.
