How do I stop myself from being anxious/depressed before I actually start feeling it?

    It would be really helpful to know what situations you're talking about, if your anxious in social situations I'd recommend taking a step back and trying to even out your breathing with something like box breathing (4 sec inhale, 4 sec hold and 4 sec exhale)
