Is Citalopram Only Used for Depression?

I take it. I'm autistic and it's prescribed to a lot of autistics who have depression and anger issues. My psychiatrist said to take it at night because it helps insomnia which i have too. I've also read that it can help with panic attacks, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, alcoholism and PDD. So it has a lot of uses.

I was prescribed it for anxiety and depression. Helped with the depression more than the anxiety. I don't know if it has any other uses
