I'm 29 as long as i can remember i have had chronic pain. I was recently diagnosed within the last few years with everything. I still manage to work and struggle to do daily tasks most of the time. Does it get better? what else should i be trying? i dont want narcotics.

It’s all about self care. It’s not as light or trivial as social media makes it seem. 🙏 💕

Hi! I’m sorry that you’re feeling overwhelmed. I know how it can be hard, but I’ve learned that it’s important to try and redefine the schedules that you set for yourself and the things that are your goals. Plan a new schedule around those things and give yourself time in between activities so that you can rest if needed. Good luck! I hope this helps!
