Thank you for responding! Yeah, I've tried going to my friend and boyfriend about it and they try to help and distract me and sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't. It usually involves making me feel so down that I lose all motivation and I find it hard to leave my bed. I get a lot of numbness or crying too.
I think working on yourself and taking a self care journey that allows you to figure out what helps you with your symptoms and what doesn’t. That way you can tell others what to do to best help you when your struggling.
