Dealing with Emotional Changes: Need Advice

Remember that although we are bipolar, we are still human. We experience ups and downs like anyone else, it took my doctor to explain that to me. If your life is having some twists and turns, it could be just that. Everybody has that. Sometimes it's a little harder to handle because we are bipolar, make sure to take care of yourself, and discuss this with your doctor. Sometimes a med adjustment is required if its not due to experiencing normal Every day thing's.

it might sound stupid but just take one day at a time. It’s been helping me a lot more to just try and do what i can and unless it’s urgent then don’t worry too much about it
